Trivia Tuesday: Albert Hammond Jr.
So, this is going to be the last of the timely posts for the week, as I’ll be on vacation with NO INTERNET! *gasp* for a little while. However, you will get all the posts, just a little bit earlier and perhaps a couple a day later than you’d expect. Prepare for a lot of reading material on this glorious Tuesday, among which the preassigned trivia. Joy of joys!
- Albert Hammond Jr.’s mom, Claudia, was a model. Not only is she from Argentina, she’s a hot Argentinian. Good genes.
- Besides the boarding school in Switzerland, Hammond also studied at the New York University Film School.
- His guitar? A 1970’s Olympic white Fender Stratocaster, a favorite of my dad’s. Just sharing some family stuff.
- Apparently his nickname is “The Professional,” which makes me think of a bad 70’s movie. Don’t ask me why.
- Albert Jr. wears a lot of suits. Yes. IMDB calls it his trademark, so I guess dressing good is considered a trademark now. Good to know…
- A quote: “I think you just make music until you can’t make it any more.” Obvious, yet somehow profound. Bravo, Albert.
- Albert says he holds his guitar in a high horizontal position, much like Buddy Holly did, in order to dance better on stage.

And there you have it, all your trivia needs for this lovely Trivia Tuesday. Yes, it’s rather brief, but discography will be the same, so get used to it.
