Words cannot describe how addicted I am to this band. 9 times out of 10 if you’re in my car, this is the CD that I’ve put in. (Okay, maybe like 5 out of 10, since I also have Vampire Weekend, Black Keys, The Stray Cats, and Flight of the Conchords in the rotation, but you get what I’m saying.) Get Awkward has definitely become my new favorite album, and Jemina Pearl is currently my female frontin’ idol of my life! I mean, wow, she’s close to my age and already kickin’ ass and takin’ names. That is something to be admired! Anyway, enough of my ramblings of adoration, it’s time for the stats….

- Sound: Like an uncapped can of whoop-ass? No, but seriously, it’s the way pop-punk should be nowadays. There’s too much whiny music out there in the world today, and this sound takes no prisoners. It grabs life by the horns, doesn’t let go, and takes your wallet when it’s done with you.
