Artist Update: Cake
S0, there’s not a whole lot new on the Cake front, but I thought I’d list a couple upcoming tour dates for all of you kind people…
- December 30: The Catalyst in Santa Cruz, California
- December 31: Warfield Theater in San Francisco, California
By the way, you should check out their website at cakemusic.com. They have insanely awesome news tidbits, from every area, not even necessarily about their band. What a worldly group they are.

Washington DC
It’s a thrill to be performing at 1776 D street at Constitution Hall with the Washington Monument right outside.
We took a quick tour of the World War II memorial, the Viet Nam War Memorial, and the Lincoln Memorial where the following words are inscribed on the wall:

…and okay, I did use a picture of cake, but um, can you blame me? That Nicole must be the luckiest person on earth to get a cake like that for her birthday. Jerk…
